I founded team Ironlock, fought 36 pro and semi pro kickboxing matches. Trained the coaches at FAST, seved as the primary sparring partner for pro boxer Daris Stanley.
I've trained with world boxing champion Frankie Randall, womens world champ Christy Martin, contender Ross Purity, world kickboxing champions Jerry Rhome and Jerry Tremble.
Been at it 32 years now.

I can confirm your credentials. i remember the old days..lol. YOu have a lot to give.
go get involved with team FAST or Ironlock for the best training in this area.
I don't think anybody here questions Gotch's credentials. He's well known and well respected IMO.

I would agree. Gotch is very well known around these areas, and IMO is the reason MMA even got started in SWVA/Eastern Kentucky.

They have a great training program, I agree. Their coaches are skilled and they are great guys.

I know Gotch personally, he is a great guy and a great fighter.
